We strive to maintain an accurate inventory, but some items may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will contact you to offer to wait for restocking or to receive a voucher.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. Payment for shipping costs will be collected at time of purchase.

4. Delivery conditions
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days of payment. On average, a package takes approximately 19 days to be delivered, but please note that this time may vary. We do our best to ship orders on time, but delays may occur due to a variety of factors.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment. However, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Change of delivery address
We may change the shipping address before the order is shipped.
4.3 Shipping to PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We only ship to PO Boxes using postal services. Deliveries to military addresses are possible via USPS.

If out of stock, we will contact you to offer you alternatives.

If the delivery time exceeds the expected time, please contact us for assistance.
5. Notification Tracking
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
6. Packages damaged in transit

8. Cancellations
